Regarding staff and care: Absolutely fantastic Many varied activities and they all participated in their favorites and learned new ones meeting more residents. The food was amazing and nutritious. The entire place was very clean and maintained. Room size for residents was quite adequate for 1-2 people.

The staff is extremely friendly, caring, and always willing to help whenever my mom needs anything. They offer a variety of activities for residents, even though my mom personally doesn't participate in them. The food always looks fresh and appetizing, although I haven't had the chance to try it myself. The facility is clean, well maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. CriticalHorrible place now
This place USED to be good but now it’s pretty bad. I have a family member in this facility, the staff used to be good but now it’s full of rude employees, there’s only a select few who are actually there to help people and are kind. They enable their horrible/rude staff that they’ve gotten multiple complaints from multiple people. They don’t care about their residents being mistreated. The food is HORRIBLE! & they give them only a tiny bit. Residents have to beg for showers because they won’t do it like they claim…

My sister who is in Brookdale doesn't really like the food they serve. She does like the care givers. They accept ALTCS, which after my sister spent her money, she was going to need help from the state. The location was good also.
