Hi. Overall the facility is good, the staff is friendly and helpful and seem to know and interact with the residents. The administrative staff is also friendly and responsive The concerns I have may be due to my unfamiliarity with assisted living facilities 1. There is no meal provision or menu selections for individuals with diabetes I moved him there in hopes that that would be provided. Probably too high an expectation on my part due to the size of the facility and the fact he can make his own food selections …

Brookdale was not a good fit for my Dad and his experience was not very good. However, there were some staff and caregivers there who were exceptional in their kindness and professionalism. We appreciate them. Another family may have a very different experience and find Brookdale to align with their needs.
