PositiveWe recently toured Brookdale because we were looking for a place for my mother. She lives in utah and couldn't live by herself any longer so she decided to move to Gilbert to be closer to family. We really enjoyed our tour. The facility was very nice and clean and comfortable. They had lots of activities for the residences to participate in. The person who gave us the tour was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions. The price was very reasonable also. I would definitely recommend this facility.

The staff at Brookdale East Arbor has been extremely helpful and responsive to the needs of my 102 year old Mother. On one occasion a late evening phone call to [name removed] solve a problem quickly. And [name removed], the Director, has taken Mom to various medical exams and waited patiently to take her back home to East Arbor. Mom can't say enough about how helpful and friendly the staff is.

PositivePleasant, care courteous atmosphere
I attended a wellness expo and met one of your sales managers (per request above nameless) and she invited me to come tour. She was so helpful and caring over the phone and when I came in. I was impressed with how clean and father care of the facility and residents were too. I was also invited to have a meal there and the cook did an amazing job, that I asked to need her and she came over and I compliments how good the food was.
