Very, very pleased with our decision. Our minds are at piece knowing and seeing with confidence that my mother is being completely taken care of with all of her needs being met. The transition from her previous home in California to Arizona was seamless. She adapted very quickly. She seems to really like it there.

6. Unsure, I've never tasted any of it and my mom can never remember enough to give me feedback there. I've seen a few meals that looked unappetizing to me but my mom has never complained yet. I was disappointed to see baloney sandwiches on their menu for a dinner though. ?? 8. it's just so expensive, but I'm sure most places are and they are doing what I could no longer do. The only other thing I would add is that I don't get communication from the nurse practitioner that comes and checks on my mom's health ever…

Know what your loved one needs

Staff was nice, place was clean, food good, but it's not capable of caring for the more challenging residents. My husband was there less than two weeks when they discharged him.

The assessment team scheduled between 1-2pm. They arrived at 2:10pm Very frustrating. No call. I had to call the sales team to find out where they were as others were scheduled.

Everyone was very friendly, the residents looked happier than at some other facilities, the facility seemed brighter and not oppressive like some other memory care facilities. The bedroom was nicer/bigger than other facilities. I liked that her room is private/not a shared space. I've been very pleased with Brookdale North Gilbert so far.

Good experience at BNG

Friendly staff who are helpful and supportive. Clean environment-always smelled good, clean. I would recommend this place if they accept ALTCS. If not, Brookdale was seen to be on the expensive side.
