They were not told of our visit ahead of time so we waited over 1/2 hour while she helped another interested person. Not their fault!

My sister feels safe and well cared for at Brookdale. She enjoys the activities offered, and the food. her apartment is spacious and is kept clean. Her caregivers are conscientious, friendly, and timely. I would give it a number five rating.

I loved the fact that they have a concierge's doctor available for that facility included in the price Also my brother who has worked in the estate sale business for over 35 years here in town was extremely impressed with the people at Brookdale. Our family had a very horrible experience at Brookdale Redmond. The care was awful. I would NOT recommend them to others looking.

Brookdale Redmond

We moved my wife to a different facility. Brookdale was overpriced with not nearly enough help. The help worked hard but couldn't keep up. It was filthy, memory care was. The CEO was overpaid with too much bonus money that should have been used for more help. Would not recommend. I just want to stress how hard everyone works. I think the big problem are those that head the corporation.

Friendly Staff

What we like the most about Brookdale Redmond is the compassion and friendliness shown by staff to my brother who is now on hospice and bedbound. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families, with the understanding that their rates go very high with each additional care need.
