Following a thoughtfully prepared care plan, residents at Cardan Manor also receive assistance with a range of personal services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Medication management, incontinence care, physical disability support, and memory care are among the specialized services in the care home. Three meals a day are served family style, and caregivers can assist with feeding if needed. Skilled nursing, physical therapy, manicures and pedicures, hair care, podiatry services, and transportation can be arranged through other providers. Living Arrangements Cardan Manor offers two semi-private bedrooms and one private bedroom along with three bathrooms. State Classification Cardan Manor is an assisted living residence , which in the state of Colorado is a residential facility which provides personal services, protective oversight, social care due to impaired capacity to live independently, and 24 hour supervision (but not to the extent that regular 24-hour medical nursing care is required). Assisted living residences may also provide care to no more than 16 elderly persons who are mentally ill.
