Located within Park Springs, an award winning, 54-acre Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) at the foot of Stone Mountain, Cobblestone offers assisted living, skilled nursing (Medicare-certified), and a secured memory care unit. Our Memory Care Program is endorsed by the Alzheimer's Association and carefully thought out with our staff receiving specialized training in Alzheimer's and related illnesses.
