Needs more assistance

Most of the staff is very nice. Apartment size is very good. I hear the food is decent although a little bland, dry and tough but my standards are probably higher than average. Bad: their follow up, buzzer wait times. My mom didnt get bathed last week - scheduled for Tuesday thursday Saturday and she called Thursday night to complain and they sent someone who didn't know what to do or how to help her on friday evening. Not Transparent with Cost when trying to pull in sales

The building was very nice, but it was just too expensive for me and my mother. The experience felt like basically dishonest sales techniques to bait the subject. After the sales pitch, it was made out to be more affordable, which it wasn’t. If they had been more honest about what my mother’s care costs were really going to be, I would have never signed a contract with them. Not everything that glitters is gold!

The facility is undergoing renovations and most of it is done so it looks bright shiny and new but if you compare other local facilities you will find you are paying a lot more too. There are some really great staff but if your loved one is cognizant and pays a lot of attention or needs schedules to be adhered to they will get rather frustrated. You as the advocate for your family member need to stay on top of everything While they say the menu is low sodium it is not. The protein and vegetable portions are too …

Facility currently undergoing rehab and maintenance. Should be completed in several weeks.

Toured the facility. Tour began with detailed explanation of how charges are calculated. This is a detailed and open process - very impressive, though I would like to go thru it again to make sure I understand. The physical facility is currently undergoing re-habilitation - plaster, paint, etc. I would like to see it again when that work is complete.

Nice facility (similar to one our grandmother was previously in) The staff was friendly and seemed to have some tenure. Tour was helpful - our only concern was location (a bit farther south than other facilities) and they were a bit more reliant on the Rehab facility to lay out the work plan compared to other facilities we toured.
