Our apartment is kept clean. We haven't participated in any activities so far. Staff is great and they all greet us by name everyday. The apartment is large in size.

The overall experience is a 1. The facility is very clean. The staff is friendly. The quality of care is a 2 and depends on the caregiver. [Name Removed] is amazing, but there was a time I came after church at 10 and no one had gotten her out of bed. She was still in pajamas, was wet, had not been taken down for breakfast, and did not have her hearing aids in. They have changed administrative staff five times in one year. The food is a 1. Mom doesn’t like it, but she is mostly liking fruit now. For activities,…

Very kind care givers. Felt hospice nurse was in good communication with nurse. No one there when my mother arrived to move her to her bed. Complaints from a caregiver about how she was going to have to care for mother. (Which is why we moved from another group home). Read the contract. 30 day notice is required. That includes from time of death. We complained since mom was only there for 10 days and we paid for the whole month. They called it even.
