PositiveStaff was extremely friendly and very helpful with all of our questions. [name removed] worked miracles to help make arrangements for my Aunt. I toured once before I brought my aunt to tour. She fell in love with every aspect of the facility. The residents were welcoming, they stopped to visit with us after lunch. And the food is fantastic! The room we looked at was beautiful, well maintained and clean. As was the whole facility. Even the grounds! My aunt will be moving in next month.

Residents and staff are friendly and helpful. The food is tasteful and there is a variety offered at each meal plus an all-day menu. I haven't finished moving in yet, so I'm not here full-time. I love my apartment, but the more I bring in the smaller it gets! It is still sufficient though. All in all , I'm glad that I'm moving here.

There are things to keep in mind. My needs are different from others. I am a healthy 76 year old, not needing any assistance. Therefore activities are not my main interest. Whereas with others it could be. Apartments do not have individual washers and dryer machines. When the shared machines are being used is not so much a problem, except when clothes are not retrieved. Thus unnecessary wait time for others. The building locks down in the evening. However on multiple occassions , the rear door for stairwell "A" doe…

PositiveEnjoyed my visit. Was there over 2 hours. Had lunch. The food and service was good. All my questions were answered promptly. Everyone I met seemed to enjoy being there. I like that it is independent only and pet friendly.
