Sunstone met her requirements for location & monthly fees. I have been very involved with her move and probably should refer her to you. PositiveI have been here only one month but so far it's so quiet It's a perfect size for me I'm in a one bedroom. I did go to a brunch on Saturday, which was nice. I met like 15 other people here, and the staff is so far nice and friendly, so I'm really enjoying it.

PositiveLiving on the first floor and being able to walk directly to the parking lot from my back door and to the rental office and my indoor mailbox from my front door is wonderful. Each apartment has an ADT security system and tilt-in windows. The hot water heater is located in an outside storage closet, providing more square footage inside. CriticalThe management staff could use some improvement. Their way of communicating is to leave notes on your door that can be removed by any body instead of text or email. The cleaning service sucks. The hallway smells of mildew and old building. I would love to move can't afford it right now.
