Food is good. Staff is mostly friendly and efficient. Apartment is small and arrangement is a little strange, but he gets a discount. It is clean. There are activities daily.

Mom was sent to the hospital within 24 hours of checking in. And then we were billed over $[removed] for her less than 24 hours residency. What a total nightmare sorting that through. It took us weeks to finally get an accounting that was then completely incorrect even if she had been there longer. I really have nothing more to say.

Commonwealth was a Godsend after [facility name removed] sold to Charter. I had to remove my father from Charter as the care after Covid (and probably during) went downhill. Commonwealth was a wonderful place for my Dad. My dad was never left in his room. He had dementia, was the sweetest man and they would include him everyday, at least in the day room.
