Memory Care only. Privately owned. Much less than [facility name removed], I believe around $[removed] per month flat fee. Children's day care upstairs. Adult day care as well. Children interact with residents. Plenty of employees. Lots of activities; sometimes a bit noisy. Assistance with eating for those needing it. Very clean, including residents.

Not As Promised

We have told everyone that we were promised one thing, and reality was another thing. Initially everything was great, but there was a steady decline and lack of care that made it impossible to keep my loved one there.

Our experience with Countryside Living

We chose Countryside Living Redmond because the facility itself is amazing. Our lifestyle reflected in the decor and the architecture of the building. We were also impressed by the amount of staff members working per day. All residents share a room, so they are a little on the smaller side. It is really conveniently located close to a hospital and the doctors do treat residents inside of the facility so you don't have to leave. I would recommend.

Everything during the tour went well for the most part except when I mentioned that we really like the decor and the lady giving us the tour told me that she "hated it". I did not care for the set up with the shared bedrooms and bathrooms and I felt that they were not as attentive to the residents and the residents themselves seemed very unhappy there, It did not provide the comfortable feel we were looking for in a community. The thing was that I would not want my dad to be there at all.
