This community is proud to be family owned and operated. This is evident in our commitment to our residents, staff and families. We are flexible, able to adapt to what our families desire while maintaining the sense of community that is important to our staff and families. We will not sacrifice services and will not price families out of their homes! We are Decatur’s affordable full-service community. Coventry Place was created in 1987 by a few business leaders in the Atlanta area. We have an active, pet friendly, full-service, senior living community for residents over 55 where everyone is family. Our residents enjoy a maintenance free lifestyle with full-service amenities including: restaurant style dining, activity and resident gathering spaces, a full calendar of activities and events, a television lounge, library, beauty salon, convenience store on site, transportation and a peaceful patio garden complete with a pet walking area. Personal Care services enhance Independent Living with these additional amenities: three meals per day, linen service, assistance with ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING, dressing and bathing, weekly housekeeping, and medication management. Our apartments are spacious with abundant closet space and full kitchens. Utilities are included in the rent (power, water, trash, access to 97 cable channels, and wi-fi). The base rate also includes one meal per day, housekeeping and linen service every other week. Transportation is available for resident lunch outings, grocery shopping, errands within a 7 miles radius, and other weekly excursions. Residents enjoy activities including but not limited to wine and cheese parties, birthday celebrations, bingo and many other planned activities. Our community is located 1.8 miles from downtown Decatur with easy access to I-285, I-85, shopping, dining, entertainment, and public transportation. All major grocery stores are convenient to the community as is dining for many culinary tastes.
