Overall good... the management and admin staff was very professional and diligent... a pleasure to work with. The care teams were good and attentive to mom's needs overall. There is always a transition period to get everyone up to speed and understanding of Mom's needs/requirements... I felt like I had a bigger role in that... before I was comfortable, than I should have. But to be clear, this is what I expected so we worked through everything with the care teams and on balance Mom was taken care of... and like any…
