This review is in regards to their rehab facility, the Keil Healthcare Center. Pros: Food itself is fantastic. Restaurant quality for certain. Facility is clean. Cons: The staff, especially one of the Nurses named [name removed], have horrible attitudes. Staff have no problem violating the rights of patients. They do not follow requests or listen to patients or their families when requesting specific care. They use forceful handling when possible. Reviews of Franke Home at Seaside [date removed] Having both of my parents spend years in assisted living, I decided to volunteer after they passed away. I volunteered at Franke for 11 years. I led a group called "Brain Games." I saw brilliant, beautiful, experienced, fun and wise residents come and go. I saw 3 Activities Directors go.
