They have been good. If you do have a concern, [name removed] the director can be reached and is always helpful. They have less help on the weekends but the ladies are nice. They were changing their food service vendor but that seems to be getting better so maybe they have that worked out. The staff interacts well with patients and family. Horrible! This facility could be so much better and worth every penny spent, if management was better. They’re always short staffed, no one answers the phone/door, and facility is dirty (floors sticky, resident rooms are filthy). This use to be a nice place where residents would do for themselves, but it’s a full nursing home. Majority of all the residents are in wheel chairs, the food is unbearable (to eat and to look at). My mother is currently in the facility now and has lost so much weight due to malnutrition (…

When it comes to the activities I do not really know, I know they gave them but my mom. It's hard to get her to go she likes her room. Overall, they have been great to mom and we would most definitely recommend them to others. They have been in transition with meals dinning and it's not bad they are just trying to make improvements.
