My entire family loves the care our mother is receiving. They are all friendly and keep us posted on any changes. It's always clean and decorative for all holidays. We love it and have never considered making any changes.

Clean and Friendly

This is a great place to go. The staff are very friendly, and keep in touch with the family about our loved one. They have been able to assist my loved one in taking their medications, and making sure my loved one's needs are met. The community has activities for the residents to participate in, if they choose to.

Positive, Caring, and Great Value Group Home

I would recommend people place their loved ones in this community. During the course of the time my loved one was in several different communities. Hazelwood was the best, they kept me in the loop, and it was a great service.

Mom is happy here

We love this smaller community that mom is in she is getting excellent care. It is always clean with no smells. They are doing everything I have asked them to do. The staff is very friendly and I like the fact they have 1 male caregiver and 1 female caregiver to even things out. They cook 3 great home cooked meals a day and he is always making new desserts. The home is cozy, friendly, and clean. After having a bad experience with a different group home we feel very fortunate to have found Hazelwood Manor. They provide attentive and friendly caregivers, caregivers speak English, have weekly entertainment, and truly care about their residents.
