Heartis Buckhead

What a beautiful place. But at this time respite with a 30 day time limit for my husband would not work for our needs. He might need two months and I don’t want to keep moving him. Also Heartis needs a [Name Removed] to move patients while they are recovering and therapy every day to be a be a serious respite facility!

If you like modern, centrally located buildings in close to the heart of downtown look no further than Hartis. The pool, juice bar, open deck-rooftop and Panasonic views of the city from the rooms makes this feel more like a high end hotel than a senior living community. My mother preferred more nature, trees and a residence not so close to downtown so in the end it wasn’t the best fit for our family but I certainly see the appeal.

Overall, A great choice!

My friend's husband passed on their 4th day at Heartis. The staff was beyond sweet and caring. They were able to move her from a two bedroom to a one bedroom unit within a week. Her level of care was adjusted to meet new needs. The entire staff was very accommodating to our needs as we shuffled furniture around and allowing us plenty of access to their loading dock through the process. We did have an adjustment time as the staff changed considerably due to the specific needs of my friend. Her eyesight is very impa…

Over promised, failed to deliver.

Ability to use facility was misrepresented. We were told she could use any dining room, café, or recreational space. They restricted her to a small, underwhelming dining room and would not let her dine in the larger much more nicely appointed dining room. We were also told she was not allowed to use the bar/lounge on the top floor. Given a lecture for taking her up there to sit with family. Health: her health deteriorated while she was there due to poor medication control. They required her medication be supplied …

Review for Heartis Buckhead

Heartis has worked out very well for my cousin's care. She s in assisted living there. The facility is very nice and I am very satisfied with it. The staff there has been very nice to work with and very helpful.
