★★★★★
CriticalThe facility was very clean and well kept. My experience was that the staff was very friendly. They knew names of the residence and greeted them in the hallways. I did not become a resident But my brief experience was that the staff really enjoyed their job. The cost is very competitive with the marketplace. The location is really good, close to a swimming pool, shopping, good area for walking and very close to a Dairy Queen.
★★★★★
PositiveGreat facility and they treat my father well. I gave a 4 and not a 5 because their administrative onboarding is chaotic and the communication and coordination is poor. But once you get past that, it goes well.
★★★★★
PositiveVery upbeat, nice staff, we met a few residents and they had positive thoughts. The person I’m working with is not ready. I see many benefits to living there. Sheldon Oaks will be on top of my recommendations.
