Our experience

It is no longer Volante and is now the Archer. It was great as Volante, but the new company could do better. They have also filed chapter 11 reorganization bankruptcy since buying Volante.

Response from the community

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your recent experience has not met the expectations you previously had for our community. We do want to clarify that while the community has undergone a name and management transition, there has been no change in ownership. The ownership group is undergoing a voluntary Chapter 11 process, however, the commitment to resident care, consistent staffing, and community standards has and will continue to remain steadfast throughout the transition. We genuinely value feedback from residents and their family members, and we would truly appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly to better understand your concerns and address any specific issues you may have experienced. Open dialogue helps us continue to improve and ensure we’re supporting both our residents and their families in the way they deserve. If you are open to connecting, we encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can listen and work toward a meaningful resolution. Thank you again for sharing your perspective. A peaceful oaisis.

The residents want to help the newcomers feel welcome. There is a sense of community involving staff and residents. I also feel the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate the needs of the residents. For folks on a fixed income, this is like paradise

[Name Removed] did an outstanding job with a thorough and thoughtful tour. Before starting she let us talk about our needs and expectations. The overall feel of the facility was competent and efficient, but also very open and cheerful. We were able to view an occupied apartment to see how real people live. Dining options were impressive. The food was delicious and hot. Impressively there is a guest apartment modestly priced for family or friends who visit.

Greeted as we walked in the door by a smiling, friendly staff. The facilities were clean and well appointed. Especially impressive were the residents who also smiled and gave glowing testimonials. Daily activities looked enticing and were quite broad ranging in nature. The Archer sits at the edge of the city, but has the feeling of being more in the country with great vistas and a quiet serenity.

Review for Volante of Eugene

I enjoyed my time spent there. The staff was very friendly and always answered my questions and/or helped me whenever needed. I enjoyed the residents also. The only reason I moved to other housing is because very .costly. I still enjoyed a lovely stay while living there. I definitely would recommend living there.
