Room size is good, place is clean, the staff is terrific, Jim complained about food but he enjoyed when I would pick him up 3 xs a week to go for either breakfast, lunch or dinner. With [ Name Removed] being in Memory care the rooms should be locked n secure all the time but the staff is busy and can't get to locking them when the resident is out of the room. For that reason other residents in same unit wander about checking every door n when they find one open the entry ( even though it's not their room ) and rum…

There’s a beautiful dining room that offers three meals a day, beauty shop, game and card room, etc. The residents appeared to be having a great time and enjoying each other The cottage that we reviewed looked to be about 2000 ft.² and seems to fit our needs. Our only disappointment was we didn’t get the opportunity to have a meal and the tour rudely ended by our guide walked away to get brochures for us and having someone else send them back …
