CriticalBlack mold not addressed and taken care of properly. No security, for emergency button on main entrance. Asked about security in May was told parts are on order. Here it is October. Wrote email to Frye Properties and the got the lights working in the fob scanner, unfortunately all you have to do is pull open the door. (They must think old people are stupid, shame on them.) They told several tenants when they moved in they could walk their dogs in the garden as long as they picked up there waste. now they are threatening to evict me for it and have demanded everyone else cease immediately.
