CriticalThe care on the assisted living side was inadequate. The communication with staff was difficult as different team members would give contradictory information. The care coordinator lied about a conversation we had so the business manager would be able to charge us for early lease termination. We were able to fight it but it was a lot of stress at a time I didn't need any more stress.
