Med techs are wonderful caring staff who love what they are doing and you can see the interactions they have with residents always happy which is a huge part of their success. Looking for a community for a family member is truly a hard road.. I visited a crazy amount in and around the Phoenix area for a place my sister would thrive in on her Ahlzheimer’s journey. PositiveStaff was supportive and generous!
From the minute you walk in the door the staff is friendly and so very helpful. The administrative staff was exceptional. The medical staff extremely informative, and the house staff friendly and approachable. Any questions I had were promptly answered with extremely helpful suggestions or knowledge on next steps. As my visits were sporadic throughout the years, it says a lot to see the same staff time and again. I couldn’t have made it through all the changes for my parents without them all!
