All About the money, beware!

They are all about the money!!! Our family was concerned by a recent billing change at Lone Mountain Memory Care. Even though medication management decreased due to increased family involvement, the facility reassessed my mother from Level 2 to Level 3 care, raising costs by about[Amount Removed] per month. I toured this facility yesterday. The grounds and building were well maintained and cared for. The entire staff appears caring and compassionate. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The residents are very happy. [name removed] was very informative and answered all my question's and then some. I think it could be a good fit for my spouse.

RED FLAG

Our mother had fallen and fractured her pelvis. After a hospital and physical therapy stay, we knew she needed around-the-clock care. This was also the assessment of the Lone Mountain when they met with our mom. We chose Lone Mountain Memory Care based on their reputation and promises of quality care. A godsend that we found this place

Lone Mountain took my mom in when no other facilities would take her due to her advanced Alzheimer's. While the physical facility is good, it really made no difference as the care, compassion and love we got from ALL the staff made this the best possible place for my mom. As she recently passed away I take great comfort knowing she was in such a caring facility with staff that I will never be able to properly thank. It’s always a pleasurable experience when I visit Lone Mountain. The staff is always welcoming and making sure I have what I need. I can always see that all the patients are well cared for. It is very evident everyone there has a servant’s heart and is fulfilling a purpose in one way or another. They always go above and beyond for each and everyone in their care! My husband is thriving at Lone Mountain

My husband is thriving at Lone Mountain. The environment provides enriching activities that keep him active and involved throughout the day. At home he was often bored and anxious due to a lack of structured activities. Lone Mountain is large enough to meet the needs of residents at various stages of dementia. At this point there are a number of men who also need socialization and friendship with others who are at a similar functioning level. The staff is caring and kind.
