After moving into Bldg 2 of Manchester Lakes only seven months ago, I can honestly say that I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Nothing but problems since I moved in. Inadequate parking spaces led to my car being towed twice; packages stolen from apartment door; broken water heater leading to major leak in bathroom requiring new carpet and flooring; no hot water when weather is cold; sidewalks not cleared of ice during deep freeze weather; holes in walls allowing rodents to enter apartment from outside; no …

Great Place, Great People, Convenient Shopping!!!

Great place the convenience of everything being close is to die for.... Restaurants, groceries, etc..... Neighbors are great very homely sense of community can't say enough about the people.... The community center being built across the street I can't wait for it to open.... Walking trails, dog park, plus movie theater, metro and mall 2 minute drive if not 1 minute.... The only issue is the air conditioning but they're working on it...

Great place with great people

It has been a wonderful place with wonderful people. Shopping and activities are very close and plentiful being surrounded by shopping literally across the street and a small store on the grounds. They’re building upon it with the community center literally on the grounds

I had appt to see a two bedroom unit. In my appointment I waited 49 minutes before someone (maintenance ) showed up to show me a unit because manager was busy. I saw the unit and expressed I did not lijs the li action as it was next to an unsightly storage office where furniture were pike into through a glass window and near the lobby. Best in Non-Communication

My mother lived here for 16 years. It was wonderful for the first five years and then management changed several times. It took 3 1/2 months to have a/c repaired. Black mold covered the outside utility closet, including hot water heater. Phone calls were NEVER once returned. Staff hid from me so as not to be confronted regarding the situation. I finally called [name removed], reporter for a local news outlet. She came to my mom's apartment, filmed mold and tried to speak with management. She was not allowed in the …
