My family member has lived in several facilities and without a doubt Medlock Gardens has the best staff I have ever encountered at a facility. From the director all the way to the kitchen staff, they are amazing. They are a breath of fresh air in a business that doesn’t show as much compassion as they should. 1. Overall experience: 3 to 4 Overall, clean facility, most of the staff are great (a few do not need to be there). On the fence if I would recommend this facility or not. I like the quality of care. The staff works together for the best outcome for the client's desired level of care. Yes I do recommend them for senior assistant living care.
