I have a ring camera in her room with permission of the administration. About 10 of the 41 residence have similar cameras in their room. I can see from the ring camera in my wife's room that she gets very good care and when I visit the Monarch House, I can see the same happening. I've had interactions with the administration, the food service, the personnel, administrator, and the maintenance staff. Plus I've had face-to-face interactions with the CNA's and have been very impressed with their care of my wife. As …

The staff have been very attentive to the needs of my wife. They have been very helpful with her daily needs such as toileting, dressing, and eating. They have been involving her in activities even though she doesn't speak up and ask to go. I've asked them not to ask her if she wants to go to bingo, Bible study, cooking class or other activities in the building, just take her. That has worked out well.
