Mountain View Personal Care Home

I have a family member that stay at Mountain View. I have read some of the reviews. I fill that the residents receive good care. They have more personal care than a nursing home. They have 2 lady's that I see on the day shift that pretty much handle things in a professional manner they are so sweet with the residents and their families. As for management we never see him. He will not answer his phone if he is called. He will tell you anything. It's like he is not concerned. I think with the right manager the place …

Terrible

The building and everything inside was old. The employees steal. I was visiting my dad, sitting outside and an employee walked right by with some of his belongings. I knew they were his because I saw his name in my handwriting on the items. The director gives misleading info and does not care about the residents. When I moved my dad from here I was given a basket full of clothing that not only didn’t belong to my dad but the clothes were not even his size. Comfortable Place for Dad

My Dad had Alzheimer's. We found Mountain View to be the perfect place for him. They were clean, with a very friendly and engaging community. The staff was attentive and also available. Thank you all!

What Can you Afford?

I think for the price I would suggest they look elsewhere. I feel it is an older builder. They don't have the funds they need to fix the building. The building appears to be a building they built in the 60's. Anywhere else I went, they wanted a higher price.

Mountain View is run by [Name removed]. He really cares for the seniors in his care. He also employs a staff that geniunely cares as well. I would recommend Mountain View to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

I visited my best friend in August for her birthday,I really liked the atmosphere.Her room was like her place,she had her purple curtains & her t.v.She seemed happy,I really like this place.I feel like they are taking good care of her.Keep up the good work.Thank You.
