The staff has been AMAZING! It's been a difficult time trying to navigate my mom's health issues, so it was helpful to have people that understood what we were going through with her and made the process simple. They've also been great with her and have been attempting to make her feel more at ease with the transition. They've also activities and food seem great so far! The staff was courteous with us and was gentle with my sister, despite that she sometimes was difficult. They explained to us about things to do to calm her as well. [name removed] in the memory unit was great in dealing with the issues she had, both stage 4 cancer and dementia, and she and hospice prepared us well with what would come as she declined. We were very pleased with their patience and knowledge.
