I chose this facility because of the people, the activities, the food, and the staff.

Poor Care

My hope is that potential patients and their families would understand the poor level of care at Patriots Colony before they send their family members there. As a retired military officer, I have been interested in Patriots Colony for quite some time. When it came time for my mother in law to need in-patient rehab services and she was sent here, I assured her she would get the best of care. I was shocked to experience the poor level of care. Our family had an in person tour and it was just not a very good experience, we were not impressed and we left knowing this was not the place for our loved one

The sales pitch is great, continuum of care is horrible.

My father was [name removed]—highly decorated career fighter pilot. Originally, the facility was resident-owned but was commandeered by Riverside Health System. To be brief, the care at Riverside has fallen drastically short of expectations and terms of the contract. Lazy and lack attention to detail in assistant living

Caring staff but facility needs improvement

Compared to the other places we saw, Patriots Colony was more on the lower end, we were not very impressed. The food is about average, and we were able to see the rooms before COVID, and we were not incredibly impressed.
