About the community
Peachtree Creek Memory Care is located in Smyrna, Georgia. We pride ourselves on being a community for individuals who have medical diagnosis of dementia or Alzheimer's. Memory care is our primary focus that we offer to our residents. Some of the great services that are provided include the following: 24 hour assisted living help, medication administration, continence management, weekly housekeeping and laundry, restaurant style dining and in house medical teams. We are known for our excellent selection of social, spiritual, educational and entertainment programs that allow the elderly to interact with other residents. Both seniors and their family members are embraced by the staff so that memory care can be successful. Family members are involved in all of the aspects of care so that they can make sure that their elderly loved ones are taken care of. We pride ourselves on being a facility that focuses on making assisted living something that seniors feel happy about.

PositivePeachtree is quite expensive, but if you have a loved one with Alzheimer's, and you're looking for a place with lots of personalized, one on one, hands-on care, this facility is quite impressive. One of the biggest advantages is the way Peachtree is divided into four different "pods," which makes the place more like a home instead of a giant facility. Also, the activities director is a woman named "Tia," and she is amazing, especially with advanced Alzheimer's residents.

PositiveThe staff is attentive and very kind to the residents at Peachtree Creek. Every time I visit my mother in law, she speaks about how well she is treated; and she enjoys the food. The staff shows me pictures of her exercising and having fun at parties. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.
