This rating given due to the staff members assisting me with a CPAP machine for the 1st time, for ALL of us, were untrained in putting the mask on, putting it on upside down at first, then putting it on too loosely the second time, to the point of its falling off when they let go, and being argumentative with me when I told them it wasn't working.
