★★★★★
PositiveI have no complaints about anything! Everyone is very helpful and cares for my love one as if they were part of their family!
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff has been extremely accommodating and communicative. At each step in the process, I have been provided with the information needed to complete a smooth transition.
★★★★★
PositiveSmaller atmosphere. Welcoming. Answered all questions and alleviated any concerns. So far I am happy with the choice.
★★★★★
PositiveEveryone is very friendly. Feels homey not like a business. Keep me posted on how he is doing. I don't live near him so that is important.
★★★★★
PositivePinewood Square has been the beautiful help that my mother and father needed. When my mother passed, all staff members helped my father get through the worst time of his 92 years. He has help when he needs or wants it, his medications are monitored, he has community (when he is in the mood), and a Southern garden courtyard that allows him to "be" with Mom when he wants to talk to her and feel her presence. I no longer have the worry of being in another state, and the staff contact me with any questions or concerns.…
★★★★★
PositiveMy siblings and I visited Pinewood Square recently and it was a great experience. The staff was very welcoming and inviting for a "drop in" tour. The place smelled great and was clean. The people living there looked well cared for and appeared to be happy and comfortable. There was lots of laughter and smiles going on. You could tell right away the staff was good to the patients and treated them like family. We felt very comfortable while there.
