I have a relative at Pruitt and she is so well taken care of! Everyone in the building is so helpful, from the directors and administrators to the concierge at the front desk, to the activities director…always happy and accommodating! CriticalNot so good
I am very disappointed in Pruitt Place. They changed directors three times in three months therefore the staff has no leadership. If a resident is not self sufficient, it is very dangerous for them to live at Pruitt. There is little to no assistance. Most of the CNAs remaining are really good people that are extremely over worked.
