Caring staff

The facility is good. The caregivers we've interacted with care about the residents. The administrator is great, caring for the elderly seems to be her calling in life. The facility is clean and well maintained. Activities seem limited, but my Mother in-Law wasn't very active beforehand. Food seems good and adequate. Her bedroom is an acceptable size for one person in her condition.

Our family's experience, we would recommend

The way they tried to really accommodate my parents was awesome. They were very caring. However, the staff told us one thing, and then we found out it wasn't happening. There were some of the staff that weren't doing their job, such as giving my mother a bath, or we were told they could do this, and then they weren't so more consistency with what they're telling people they're going to do or able to do.

All are a 5! I am very satisfied with the facility and all of the staff. The quality of care is outstanding and all of the staff are friendly and caring. Absolutely I would recommend this community to other families!
