Reflections at Carolina Forest is an assisted living community located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina of Horry County. Residents and their families enjoy the community's convenient location which is near many attractions such as The Alabama Theater, The Carolina Opry, Myrtle Beach State Park and several shops and restaurants. Our residents are able to enjoy time outdoors on our beautiful property while participating in outdoor activities such as gardening and patio gatherings. Our community is family owned and Christian-based. We strive to make sure our passion for providing the best care possible is evident in every aspect of our daily operations. Highly qualified and trained staff is available around the clock to ensure that every resident's needs are met. Memory care is available for those living with Alzheimer's and other dementia. Residents and their loved ones are comforted knowing our community is secure and monitored, creating a safe environment. At Reflections, we believe it is important for residents to feel at home. The staff is really excellent with the residents. Very caring. The facility is clean and well maintained. They provide activities based on abilities. It's also a Christian based facility, which makes it nice for those that choose to participate in worship services. I'm very happy with my choice to place my wife there.

The staff was great. I'm sorry I can't remember their names its been more than a year since my father passed away at reflections. He was only there several weeks. The director was fantastic she took a chance on my dad's acceptance when several other facilities out right rejected him because of his dementia. The room was of a good size and clean.
