★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is great. The facility is clean. The caregivers are sweet. The food is fair. The room is great.
★★★★★
CriticalIf the tone of a facility is set by its administrator, this place is in trouble. The administrator was impatient, walked too fast for my mother to keep up, seemed annoyed when we asked about pricing, and we could've sworn she rolled her eyes at us on our way out.
★★★★★
PositiveThe employees are really nice, caring and understanding. We picked them because of the cost.

CriticalDad has been there less than 3 months we have had 3 significant price increases totaling over [removed] per month ! We are doing his laundry as something always comes up ! All about the money here . My dad was afraid to ask for help called me crying in pain for fear about his rent going up, he was afraid to get medical help which he was hospitalized for. They charge for hospice coordination. There has been 2 deaths one of which was found a day or so later. They need to be investigated.
★★★★★
PositiveAdmin has been changed since she's been there so this girl is new. The Food is good. There are not very many activities. The care is great, all the girls/guys are very nice. Sometimes goes weeks without housekeeping, seems like they have trouble keeping people. It's expensive, but it seems they all are
★★★★★
PositiveDad was put on Hospice in January and passed [date removed]. Through it all his stay at Regency was good. The staff learned dad's preferences in food and routines and they treated everyone there like family members.
