Renaissance on Peachtree

Hopeful but disappointed. But alternatives are not but much better.

The sales experience was great. They made it look really good. But in the end as my mother had to shift into a different kind of care, they were difficult. They did not return phone calls and I didn't feel like they put the residence first. The sales team that worked with us in the beginning that was so great has moved on.

Clean and well appointed. Attractive entry area, convenient concierge desk, several activity rooms on the ground floor, and an attractive restaurant style dining area. Pleasant outdoor area on the second floor, convenient elevators, laundry facilities, trash chute in the laundry area, weekly cleaning including washing bed linens and towels, remaking the bed. An amazing experience!

My father recently moved into Renaissance on Peachtree, and from our first visit, we were given the red carpet treatment—literally. Ms. Mary went above and beyond, even arranging a birthday dinner and happy hour for my father before he moved in. It meant so much to our family. He truly loves it here—the food, the atmosphere, and especially the independence that comes with independent living compared to assisted living. Recently came to visit my aunt and had a few questions! [Name Removed] was very helpful. Educated and informed my mom and I on everything and didn’t leave a question unanswered. We are happy we chose the right place!!

I was looking at communities, my mom will soon need extra assistance, [Name Removed] was so welcoming and friendly. My nerves calmed downed once I started meeting with her. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Her your of the community was very informative. She introduced me to several different staff members. I will absolutely bring my mom here when its time.
