Beautiful new facility, staff was cheerful and attentive. They seemed to care about the well-being of the tenants and provide a good level of care. Room was a nice size, well laid out, more than adequate for my wife's needs.

The Good- They cared about her and were really on top of everything from meds to food to sitting with her when she needed it. Need for Improvement-There was a delay in installing a warning system for signally when my mom got out of bed. She was wobbly so she could have fallen. I would recommend it.

Just a few weeks ago, my dad passed away peacefully in his apartment at Ridgewood Senior Living. His decline came so quickly... as a family we weren't prepared. They worked with us when my father was released from rehab to the hospital and then discharged the same day—we needed a place immediately, and they got a room ready with furniture until we could get him fully set up.
