★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is always very helpful and pleasant to speak with. The nursing staff is amazing with keeping us updated on everything that's going on with my dad. His room is always kept very nice and the bed is made every day.
★★★★★
PositiveThe nurse is great and very considerate of the residents. The activities director is wonderful and tries to get everyone involved. To be honest everyone from the front desk people the aids nursing staff are wonderful to work with
★★★★★
PositiveThe overall process was wonderful for me, with speaking with experienced, understanding staff and the level of care options for my father. Currently, the staff are friendly and kind when I visit, my father seems content and happy and loves that he can go to a restaurant several times a month -he's not a big activities guy but that activity he really enjoys.
★★★★★
PositiveI do not recommend Spring Home. I transferred my Loved One out of there because she was not getting the care she deserved. They lack caring, compassion and training to work with dementia residents.
★★★★★
PositiveI'd give them 5s across the board but there is no question it is a difficult overall experience. My aunt is experiencing more episodes of dementia and it makes sad. One of her main caregivers is wonderful with my aunt-she says she makes sure that she tells the clients the truth and it's a better way to handle some of the agitation. The staff overall has been helpful and my aunt is not easy!
★★★★★
PositiveWhat we like the most about Spring Home is the longevity of staff was a plus until recent exit of three top administrators. Staff has been very caring. Some issues with med management and building accessibility for their memory care unit -getting in/out of the locked unit when visiting has been challenging. Need improved process and communication when moving from personal care to assisted living
