Solstice at Corpus Christi

Would definitely recommend Solstice for the independent senior.

Solstice was a great facility for seniors. The apartments were roomy and clean. The staff was responsive and very friendly the residents were welcoming, and the food was great. The medical staff was great for seniors who were mobile but I felt a hire level of care was needed for residents who were immobile.

I was impressed on your facility. Was very clean. Staff was friendly clients look happy being there. My tour went very well and everything was explained to me, and all my questions were answered. I would highly recommend your place to other family and friends. My mother is on Medicare and Medicaid which doesn’t help very much since 100% of this is out-of-pocket, therefore I wish these type of facilities were less expensive.

What they could improve on would be more activities, however I would recommend Solstice at Corpus Christi to other families based on the experience so far.

An answer to prayer

My mother loves the food. There is great variety and the food is excellent quality. She loves the community she has created and enjoys the games, exercises, and events. She loves her apartment. Everything has been better than she dreamed. Solstice has been a real blessing.

Good but could improve.

Pros: The staff is great. Friendly, professional, helpful, just amazing personalities all the way around. The activities are fun. Cons: The food is sometimes not even edible. We filed a complaint and that is supposed to be getting better. The cleaning crew is overwhelmed and they don't clean it as thorough as I would like but I am VERY picky about cleanliness.
