Somberly has been an excellent fit for my mother in law. She started in assisted living when she injured her back. She recovered there with their assistance and PT and OT. She now lives in the Independent Living and is happy there .The community is very positive, the involvement is necessary for a positive experience. Obviously that varies from person to person but she is social and is having a great experience going on outings and shopping. She is even involved in the culinary board. The care was very good. The folks directly providing service to her were very kind, patient and caring. The only issue we had was after we coordinated her departure with sufficient notice we received a statement for $[removed]+ but we had no idea what it was for. My brother called to inquire but didn't get an answer. The person told him they were having some issues with their system. He followed up again but as of today has not received a response. As for the care itself, it was very good.
