It's a smaller facility where the benefit is that the staff truly gets to know each resident and family member personally. My parents are well cared for, and I can be confident that if I am not able to visit or be with my parents, they are in capable and caring hands. In my opinion, where no facility will ever be perfect, I believe we chose the best living option for my parents needs.

Overpriced dirty Mgemt dismissive

Pricing goes up constantly Billing involves overcharging. Mgmt dismissive Intent of eviction is frequent if you challenge billing errors,send emails if neglect of running out of meds, not checking every 2 hrs overnight, Filthy room, stopped up toilets,rarely give 2-5 min. To talk to resident just to say they care. In and out. Cut call bell off and tell resident they will be right back and they rarely due but reset call bell so timing on respond is in their favor. Unhappy with management

Had a horrible experience with the manager [name removed]. He was very dismissive and cold which I feel are not qualities of someone who’s in charge of an assisted living facility. I would NOT recommend sending your loved ones here... truly disappointed and shocked.

Loved Spring Arbor! They have been open long enough that everything goes smoothly. The staff is fantastic. They are very professional but also warm and friendly. I would highly recommend Spring Arbor to everyone.

Review for Spring Arbor of Williamsburg

My father and I chose Spring Arbor because SA is a smaller facility and dad felt other local facilities were too large. This smaller size facilitates a greater sense of community. The friendly staff get to know not only the residents, but also their families. Our overall experience has been wonderful. Dad is in AL and mom in MC. Spacious and bright

All staff were extremely helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. The facility is spacious and bright. It is well maintained.
