I needed a place to move my mother into for more care than she was getting. I looked as several places within the Goose Creek area and did not find what I was looking for to place my mom. My first impression of Stratford Place was the cleanliness, friendly staff, and the happy faces on the residents. The Sales Director answered all of our questions, showed us multiple room options and introduced us to many of the staff. Unsafe. 0. Her medication ran out. She never got a proper dose of any of her meds. She tried to ring her button for help and no one ever responded. It was explained that the button She was given was programed for a different room. That one button was the only way to call for help it was never tested to see if it worked.

Food is good. New cook. They have daily activities & go to personally encourage each resident to participate. The staff is patient, friendly & helpful to the guests. Our loved one has a small room. It is spacious for it size. It also has a large bath & a window with a view. All rooms have a window. Staff is always available to answer our questions & offer advice on care.
