My family has wet clothes every day from urine. The staff is friendly however I'm told they are understaffed. The cost is more expensive here than other facilities. The environment is clean.

It is a very well kept clean, aesthetically pleasing facility. The owners and administrative staff there are helpful and attentive, but my only complaint is the Follow-up for issues that my brother has is not at the level it should be. I've had to go back two, three, even four times to get issues resolved.
