PositiveEverything was clean and Mom really liked the staff. They were very friendly and it appeared they had plenty of caregivers. My only issue was there were a few times they did not make sure that my mom didn't miss a meal. I told them several times that Mom would refuse food and they had to be insistent. Then Mom would complain to me she hadn't ate that day. I was overall pleased. They were very kind to my mom. One last thing: The parking was way too limited.

PositiveThe interior is bright, airy and inviting. The building, inside and outside, is well kept. There are several lovely places to sit and visit outside. The residents appear to be happy there. I made an instant connection with the sales person, who gave me some very helpful information about the VA.

PositiveIt is a small facility but feels like home and I would highly recommend this assisted living facility. All the staff from the director to the front desk, to the kitchen staff, to medical/nursing staff, every single person has been so kind and caring and genuine with my grandmother. I am so relieved and happy we chose this place as her new home. She raves about how delicious the food is. The facility is always clean. The staff are all so welcoming and helpful. 10 out of 10
