Delightful staff

The people here (both staff and residents) are delightful. The staff is courteous, professional, and resourceful. Every concern, no matter how small, is addressed and solved. The daily event schedule is extremely varied and ambitious. The residents can be as involved as they want to be. There's something for everyone and the variety of activities is genuinely appreciated. There's a lot of fun and laughter! This is truly a happy place.

This is my choice. We met with [name removed], very informative of anything i asked. The facility is clean and the food smelled delicious! I like the gym as well. Im hoping to make this my next adventure.

I did not take a tour of the Reserve but visited a long term resident as I lived at the Reserve over ten years ago. I however, found the facility and current staff to be friendly and engaging.

Part of the Family

My initial (and continuing) experience has been an absolute 5 stars! Everyone here from the residents to the office staff to the maintenance crew have been extremely welcoming and helpful. Small things that needed attention were dealt with swiftly and professionally. The atmosphere is pleasant and the grounds are gorgeous! I was impressed with the quality of the facility and the rooms. I think the size of the single bedroom apartment will be good for me. I look forward to when I can move in and build a nest for myself.
