PositiveBasically, I chose Sweetwater Creek because it was convenient to the house. However, after having my sister there for several months, I would highly recommend it to anyone. My sister has dementia, they have welcomed her and accepted her and keep a watchful eye over her since she's been there. I couldn't Ask for more.

CriticalIt was smaller, so I felt there would be more attention to her needs. The respite room was private. They worked hard to try to accommodate her needs. They also accepted a credit card for payment.From my observations, the long term residents seemed happy and were clean and well kept. I would recommend as long as you are able to be heavily involved.

PositiveLegacy Ridge was moms first choice, she really liked how close the facility is to our family. The staff are very knowledgeable about other aspects of care. My loved one has had additional issues with her health and they are great with communication. They recommended hospice be involved and that has been a great benefit for my mom and for peace mind for our family. I would recommend Legacy to others looking.
