I would say: The staff, from the management, to the desk, to the maintenance is wonderful and friendly and helpful. The head nurse is a treasure! I would also say it is expensive but about the same as comparable communities.

Critical

Not what we were promised

The experience was horrific. Care was minimal at best. Food was poor. Her interactions with aides was abysmal. She stayed 6 weeks. We moved Amy back to Ocala in worse health than when she left. She immediately went to life care for pt for approximately 4 weeks. She never truly bounced back. I was told by corporate a lot of staff changes were taking place. No excuse for quality of care IMO. I would tell others to talk to residents or family members if possible. Get info first hand.
